Aylsham & District Care Trust (ADCT) is a registered charity, founded in 1985. Thanks to the generosity of one of our founder Trustees, Rees Coghlan, and the donation of valuable land to the charity, ADCT successfully led the development of the first integrated health and social care complex of its kind in the UK.
We provide a range of charitable services which respond directly to local need. Dealing with the impact of social isolation was a primary driver for the development of services and this remains at the heart of our work today. Whilst our services are open to anyone over the age of 18, many are tailored to meet the needs of older people so that we can encourage individuals to feel empowered and to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.
