Meet our two new Trustees, Derek Player and Sally Homfray-Davies.
Derek has worked in local government, central government, and housing associations before finishing his career as CEO of St Martins Housing - the Norwich-based charity for homeless people. He moved to Aylsham in 2019.
For the past 27 years Sally has been the director of Moore Networking Limited supporting young people into apprenticeships across the South and South East of England. Heading up both a social enterprise and a non-profit making organisation, she has a wealth of experience of partnership working, facilitating people networks and people management, and is committed to creating innovative and sustainable solutions to problems thrown up by modern day living.
Jenny Manser, ACT Chair, recognises the benefit of expanding the knowledge and experience on the board “Trustees are our most senior leaders. They set our strategic direction, make sure we are using our resources effectively and ensure the best possible impact on the communities we work with. We are looking forward to working with Derek and Sally.
