Having provided support for people in our community for over 30 years we know how important our services are to people. Please call us if you are self isolating and need support  or if you are anxious about the current situation and need someone to talk to - we will help if we can

We will be closely watching government guidelines and reviewing the situation across Aylsham, North Walsham and the surrounding villages in order to ensure that the services we are able to offer remain safe in the circumstances.

We know there is an increased risk of more severe symptoms for those who are elderly or who have underlying health conditions.As we are currently not able to provide our usual range of  services we are developing contingency plans to ensure that our clients can be supported at home.

Saxon Court Day Centre

We have have suspended this service. For our members,their days at the centre bring comfort, companionship and excitement and we know that they will really miss their days with us. We are providing support in the home for those people that have requested this and continuing with our existing community care clients.

We will continue to provide our counselling service to existing clients. This will be via a telephone link rather than face to face. Sadly we will not be able to take on more clients at the moment.

Staff

Sadly, we have had to furlough some of our staff through the Coronovirus Job Retention Scheme. We do still have some staff in place to support the services that we are still able to run although this may be reviewed. We are applying for emergency funding to help us to continue to run services.

Volunteers

Our volunteers have been keen to continue with their amazing support and we very much appreciate their commitment. We are trying to keep this support to a minimum as we are aware of the importance of the social isolation protocols and to do all that we can to keep them safe.

We will be here to support you. If you have any specific concerns please get in touch;
